6. Who do I share your data with?
In some circumstances I may need to share your data with the following:
- Our accountants/auditors
- Accounting software company
- Book Keeper
- Examination boards
- I.T. engineer
- Social Media Cookies – such as Youtube, Google, Facebook. Third party cookies will be used on my website if I am sharing your promotion video, for example.
- Web server – My web server also collects statistical information pertaining to every visit, including the IP address, the length of time spent on the site and the pages/information accessed and error information for the web server.
If this is necessary, we will provide only the information they need to perform the services I require. They will only use the data for the purposes I specify. I require third parties to maintain appropriate security to protect information from unauthorised access or processing.
In some circumstances, I may need to share your personal data with other third parties (including legal or other advisers, regulatory authorities, courts and government agencies) to enable me to enforce my legal rights, or where such disclosure may be permitted or required by law.
